The company was established in 2021 with the objective of strengthening the nation’s industrial supply chain and delivering reliable, high-quality ferrosilicon and alloy products to the steel sector. In 2024, the company expanded its operations by forming structured partnerships with reputable ferrosilicon manufacturers, securing a stable annual supply capacity of 12,000 tons.
In 2025, the company consolidated its activities by establishing a dedicated logistics and distribution center designed to support an annual handling capacity of 12,000 tons of ferrosilicon and 4,000 tons of micro silica powder. The site also includes designated space for future ferroalloy-related development projects. The inauguration ceremony was attended by national and provincial officials.
